Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If you receive a defective item or wrong product.  Notify us of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product.

All items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with the original packaging and all tags and labels attached.

Return shipping fees of unwanted items are the customer responsibility and will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy guidelines.

NOTE: Items from the clearance section are none refundable, none exchangeable and none returnable .
